We’ll start by meeting on a Discovery Call over zoom to discuss your plans for your move, and your preferences for your new home. We’ll deep dive into your budget, lifestyle preferences, commute to work, access to transport and facilities, school catchment zones, and any other specific requirements you may have. We’ll make recommendations for certain suburbs we think would suit you, discuss your must-haves and likes-to-haves, whilst giving you insight into what’s available on the market at the time of your move.

Step Three – Shortlist of Suitable Properties
Next, we’ll handpick a selection of suitable properties for you alongside providing comprehensive due diligence regarding public transport accessibility, school catchments, local amenities, as well as the property itself. We’ll help you weed out the good from the bad before arranging inspections.

Step Four – Inspections & Virtual Tours
We will then attend inspections of up to eight of these properties on your behalf, providing you with photographs, videos, measurements, and comprehensive, honest feedback you won't be able to see from the advertisement (such as construction noise, natural light and traffic).

Step 5 – Apply & Mediate
Once you’ve selected which properties you’d like to apply for, we will collate all the necessary documentation and paperwork and submit the application on your behalf. We’ll also assist you with writing a compelling cover letter and compiling your supporting documents to ensure you have the best possible chance of being approved. We will also mediate with agents on your behalf to give you the best possible chance of securing the property you want. We can arrange removals and provide you with multiple independent quotes to ensure you receive a competitive price. We'll also make sure the removalist service providers have your current address, new address, and all details they need to ensure your move is a success. Please note this price does not include the cost of the removal service.

If you're moving with a pet we can coordinating the transfer of your pet from origin to destination, including quarantine requirements.

If you require temporary accommodation while you secure a property, or just for a night or two until your furniture arrives, we can arrange this for you at a competitive rate with our accommodation partners. Rates provided to you are direct and non-commissionable which means you get the lowest possible rate. We will also manage all areas of the booking including all changes and any issues that may arise. Please note this does not include the cost of the accommodation.
