Rental or Purchase- Intensive research based on Company and or clients requests
- Contact with Real Estate agents in designated areas
- Viewings of houses that meet given criteria with or without client
- Emails and updates to client on properties being sourced
 - Submission of application(s)
- Lease negotiation and finalisation for occupancy (Rental)
- Submission of all documentation to parties for Purchase of property and liaison with all parties inc. Real Estate agents, Conveyance agent and purchaser
- Finalisation of purchase agreements and handover
- Assist with utility connections
Settling in Service- Follow up after take over of lease or purchase of property to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with utilities connection
- Liaise with Real estate agents regarding any issues on Condition report
- Provision of information regarding local area and services eg rubbish removal days
Rental FurnitureAs part of our services Relocation Services Australia are able to rent or purchase furniture to suit the requirements of the client. Furniture packages purchased are then installed and made up in readiness for the Clients arrival.
